Welcome to the Town of
Thermopolis offers a temperate climate; the romance, charm and ambiance of the old west; and its Hot Springs State Park is home of the “World’s Largest Mineral Hot Springs.” That, in and of itself, is reason enough to consider visiting. But there’s so much more. Visitors and residents alike are beckoned by attractions such as the Wyoming Dinosaur Center, a blue-ribbon trout stream (the Big Horn River), the breathtaking Wind River Canyon, world-class waterfowl and big game hunting, Legend Rock Petroglyph site, a fascinating museum and many others! Find more reasons to visit here!
This site provides information about the Town of Thermopolis municipal services. Whether you need to know about our water rates, building codes or see the agenda for the next Town Council meeting, we have tried to make the information as comprehensive and current as possible.
While we hope you find our site useful, it can never take the place of a person-to-person conversation. Please feel free to stop by Town Hall at 420 Broadway anytime during normal business hours (8-5, Monday through Friday).
